Tonight at the dinner table, I found a sentence coming out of my mouth that I never imagined I would ever say: "Sara Sue, try not to touch your butt while you're eating, OK?"
After I got home from work the other night, she showed me her fingernails and said, "Daddy, this is pail nolish." A little while later she said it was "Polish nail."
She is such a joy, it hurts. It already breaks my heart that she's going to be going to college in 15.5 years. Hopefully we won't screw her up too bad before then.
