Tonight I was reading a book to Sara Sue, when she happened to look up from the book at the muted TV that was tuned to ESPN. They were showing highlights of Alex Rodriguez, the Yankees' third baseman who won the American League MVP today. As soon as she saw the video, she pointed to the TV and yelled "Yankees!" Ahhh... success. Today is one of the happiest days of my life, and I'm not kidding!
