The comedian Jeff Caldwell was on Letterman the other night, and I feel compelled to share part of his bit because it made me laugh very hard. (I'm not sure the humor will translate through a blog, but I'll try.) Here it is:
We've gotta trust the people handling our food. I'm always nervous, those little home cooking restaurants you see along the highway. "Ed's Kuntry Kettle" - mmm mmm. "Kuntry" with a "K." Oooo. Ed, you've misspelled Country. Makes me think you might forget to wash your hands periodically. Makes me think I might get a little "e koli" with a "k." Maybe some "kuntry kramps."

It's okay for you to laugh at his Kuntry Kitchen jokes. Just don't mess with my Krakker Barrel.
