It was a beautiful morning: sunny, a little breeze, in the low 70s. All three of us were getting ready to head down to the farmer's market for our weekly visit. We were all just about to head out the door, and Sara Sue saw me grab the keys.
And then, at 2 years, 3 months, 20 days, Sara Sue uttered the words I was hoping I didn't have to hear until at least the year 2020:
"Can I drive?"
